What we build, and what it costs to build it badly

Every service below can be bought cheaper. The difference shows up in year two, when someone has to change it.

Web development

Marketing sites, customer portals, and ecommerce — built for speed on the devices and connections your customers actually have.

  • Requirements and technical scoping
  • Frontend build in React, Next.js, or plain HTML where that is the right answer
  • Backend APIs in Node, Laravel, or Django
  • WordPress and Shopify when you need to edit it yourself
  • Core Web Vitals and accessibility to WCAG 2.2 AA
  • Analytics and conversion tracking configured, not just installed

  • Wireframes and clickable prototypes
  • Visual design and a documented component library
  • Accessibility review
  • Design-to-code handover in Figma

Support & maintenance

The part most vendors treat as an afterthought. A named engineer, a response time in writing, and someone watching the alerts.

  • Defined response and resolution SLAs
  • Uptime and performance monitoring
  • Security patching and dependency updates
  • Content and feature change requests
  • Quarterly health reviews
  • Documented escalation path

Common questions

Before you enquire

Replace with your real minimum. Being specific about budget on the page filters out enquiries you would decline anyway, which saves everyone a call.

Give an honest range by project type rather than a best case. Clients told the truth up front complain far less at week ten.

State your actual coverage and the timezone overlap you can offer. This is usually the second question an overseas prospect has.

You do. Say it plainly — a surprising number of vendors do not, and any prospect who has been burned once will be scanning for this answer.

Describe your support tiers and response times here. If maintenance is quoted separately, say so now rather than in the invoice.
